After a wild weekend of traveling through West Virginia and Southern Ohio hills, playing at the renowned Blennerhassett Hotel in Parkersburg and The Marietta Brewery in Marietta, we come back to Central Ohio in a big way:
1. Thursday--Wild Bills in Marion--7:30 to 11:30--if you are in the mood for a Saturday night but don't want to wait, come out here- it's INSANE there--there are people actively calling in sick for Friday. Wild Bill's is a great place--come out!
2. Friday--The Thirsty Ear--okay, they had a cancellation and we were 'the first band they thought of'--we are ECSTATIC to bring our show back to the Ear--9pm to 1am
3. Saturday--Clancy's in Delaware- 10pm to 2am--our first time there--don't know what to expect!! Come on out!
4. Sunday- The Columbus Ohio Blues Challenge held at Whiskey Dick's--time announced for us is 4:30, but plan to get there early in case things get moved up--last year it got moved up over an hour and I drove 100mph to get there barely on time. So, if you get there by 2 to 3, you should be okay--but, why not take in the day?--you'll see 15 acts competing for 2 spots to represent Columbus at the International Blues Contest in Memphis, in 2009.
Wow, this is getting close to how busy I'd like us to be!

ROLLING, ROLLING, ROLLING BACK TO PARK ST. TAVERN! SEPT. 12, FRIDAY
After a phenomenal night at Park St. Tavern early in the summer, we are chomping at the bit to return there this Friday, Sept. 12th. We will be buffing out all of our top funk and R and B to 'bring it' to this top venue. We play 9:30 to 1:30. Bring your 'A-game' and a couple of designated drivers, because it will be a sweaty night of chaotic, dancing fun. See ya!
TOP TEN GIGS OF ALL TIME--AT MUDFLATS-SEPT. 6!
Wow. What a fantastic night we had at Mudflats. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect because it was OSU game day, and usually if we play the same night, people have partied out by the time any band shows up. HOWEVER,that was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE at Mudflats. People kept coming out and kept staying and the band agreed that it was one of the top gigs we've played of all times! Great crowd and we, as usual, had the most fun of anyone else there--but that was saying a lot! Pockets of dancers were seen all over the restaurant/lounge, and at last call, people were still coming in. We played past our 12mn quit time, because we just didn't want the evening to end. Many, many thanks to Mudflats for the great time and for having us.
